MODULE 4: COGNITIVE THINKING COACHING
Cognitive thinking coaching is a process during which leaders explore the thinking behind the practices. Each person seems to maintain a cognitive map, which is only partially conscious of. The cognitive map reveals to leaders the areas in their own mind map that may not be complete. This allows their decisions to become clearer to them. As a result, leaders will develop autonomy - the ability to self monitor, self analyze and self evaluate.
